3 days ago I stopped by Carl's Jr for the night on the Drive Thru. I asked for what I always used to ask for. Combo 9 (Western with brioche bread), a chocolate shake without whipped cream and onion rings. Everything was normal. I went to sleep and a few hours later I woke up with diarrhea that was later also combined with vomiting and a fever that didn't drop below 38.6 degrees. This was the only thing I ate during the day and it turned out to be a major infection. With everything and medication, I still have diarrhea 3 days later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
