Work Lunch Causes Hospitalization - Carl's Jr, Albuquerque New Mexico

Ate lunch here during work hours on Friday afternoon (Feb. 13th). hours later started feeling extremely bloated. Had acid reflux and cramps. Later that night I had vomit and diarrhea nonstop to the point where I was extremely dehydrated and ended up in the hospital. Turns out it was food poisoning, bacterial infection. This was the only place I had eaten that day and the night prior I had eaten something small at home, my partner did not get sick either. He did not eat Carl's Jr with me the day after so it definitely had to have been the lunch I had here. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Acid reflux, Bloating
