I got food poisoning from eating a breakfast burger at Carl’s Jr. on the date of May 4, 2018 I start having severe cramping followed by vomiting and diarrhea I have been to the hospital on 5 May 2018 and I was still sick for two weeks went back on May 14, 2018 and I was diagnosed with food poisoning bacteria in the body as well as Appendicitis I had to get appendix surgery due to the food poisoning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
