My 78 year old mother had a crispy chicken sandwich on 4/30/17 around 1:47 pm. About an hour after consuming the chicken sandwich she became violently ill with severe vomiting and diarrhea. She vomited so much she blacked out and fell in her bathroom and had a head injury, knocked out 2 teeth and sustained a spinal injury. She was taken to the hospital via ambulance where she was later admitted. She spent 4 nights at the hospital. She needed a plastic surgeon to close the wound on her forehead. She will need to undergo spinal surgery in the next couple of weeks. I have contacted Carl's Jr. twice and have yet to receive a return phone call from their manager.We are a very upset family! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
