Purchased sandwich around 8:30am, finished by 8:50am and was experiencing painful cramping and bubble guts by 11am. My fiance also got a breakfast sandwich but his was sausage, and he did not get sick. It is now 4 days later and I am still vomiting and have explosive bathroom trips, often both at the same time. I've never been this sick in my entire life. Going to the doctor tomorrow. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
