On 11/02/2024 around 2:00pm I purchased 2 Santa Fe chicken sandwiches and a 9 piece chicken star kids meal with a sprite. My mother and I each ate one of the Santa Fe sandwiches and within 4-5 hours both had extreme diarrhea followed by vomiting. It is now the next day and my mother and I are both still extremely sick and can barely move. That was the only meal I had yesterday and the only same thing my mom and I both came into contact with as we don’t live together. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
