I stopped at Carl's Jr at around 12:30 p.m on May 16. I ordered the chicken strips combo. About an hour after I ate them, I was in a store walking around when I noticed I felt like I was burning up, I rushed out because I thought I was going to throw up. When I got home I got diahrea and was vomiting at the same time. Each time I'd stop, I had this awful nauseous feeling and was unable to lay down. This lasted from 2p.m. up until 4a.m. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
