Are Carl’s Jr in Mexico, everything was fine just woke up at around 3AM a lot of diarrhea and vomiting( the vomit was red) from ketchup, last time I ate Carl’s Jr, the exact same thing happened. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
