After ingesting part of the mezzaluna dish, flu like symptoms started to happen within an hour. My partner ate a different dish that same night with no problems following. The next day, my partner tried the mezzaluna and started to experience a headache, irritable throat and a fullness in her head. This was the only thing she ate all day at that moment. This is how we concluded that the dish may have been cooked by someone who was ill. | Symptoms: Nausea, Something else, Fever, Headache, Sore Throat
