The simptomas appear after just a few hours. Very aggressive vomiting and diarrhea the next day that is very persistent for several days even. Absolutely to avoid!!! I got sick right away after eating blue cheese. It makes you sick for several days you can't leave the house because of vomiting and diarrhea.
