Ate at Casa Leon for the first time last night 5/25/18 around 8:50. Had Carne Asada w/refried beans, guac, salad. We were still on the road and my stomach had already started to cramp feeling nauseated. I started vomiting some, diarrhea. Severe cramping all night, sweats, chills, headaches. As of this email, I am still vomiting and having diarrhea. My wife is observing me should I need to go to ER. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
