Carne guisada between 12 to 1pm on 9/12/2019 .Ate pizza 2 slices with a friend who ate the same and immediately felt bloated in stomach area.Later started with explosive watery diarrhea. Had severe stomach cramping and later bloody diarrhea that turned into black watery diarrhea on third day.Went to doctor on 4th day.awaiting test results. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Bloating
