Closure Date: 01-12-2021Rodent infestation, no hot water. The inspector found numerous droppings throughout the facility, including on tables, chairs and counters, and said rats had chewed through bags and boxes of sunflower seeds in a storage room. The store also didn’t have hot water, and the women’s restroom sink and men’s urinal were nonfunctional. The person in charge said the store had stopped selling anything but prepackaged food because of the rats, but the closure means they can’t sell any food at all until the infestation is eliminated. The store was also shut down for more than a month last March and April because of a rodent infestation and operating without a valid health permit.
