It was the most trajic tradedy I ever experienced in my life.... I thought I was gonna die...yesterday at 100 or 130 sometime I went to eat lunch with my mom Frances 805)775_1316 and my name is Sandra namchek contact number is 805)3327883. We went thru so much that day it started immediately the hurts and pains from toxins and bacteria that was in the meal ... In the parking lot I was screaming for help but my mom drove to the lights left side of the shopping center in front of the navy base entrance .I was turning pale and blue so my mom had to pick up the phone and call the ambulance cause I was becoming inconstious and not breathing .The ambulance came and started to attend to my help.. and continue to stay stable until I got to the hospital St.johns hospital. In Oxnard Ca. 2500 Gonzales Rd.Oxnard, Calf.93036 Emergency Room. I suffered waiting to be seen by a Doctor in so so much pain. And tired.... From breathing and making sure I stayed alive until I am seen. I took blood test and urine test and was given Morphin for pain ... To become ICU ....for awhile.until I'm seen . I was seen and doctor stated I was severely food poisoned from panda express .... I was sent home with instructions .and discharged from hospital and sent home.... With paying almost 200.00 dollars and more for my medication by the Dr.that prescribed me medication to take.... I wasn't able to go to work for a week so I'm gonna lose all these days and hours of pay... Off work and several other important schedule appts.... Today is 05/24/2015 and I'm still vomiting ,severe diareaha, and dizziness that I'm in bed without getting up.
