My husband and I had dinner at Charley’s yesterday for my birthday. He woke up this morning experiencing an headache, abdominal pressure and cramps followed by sudden severe vomiting, chills, sweating, and diarrhea. A few hours later I was hit with the same symptoms. We did an at home flu tests, it’s not the flu. I consulted with a doctor via telemedicine and they think it’s food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Cramps, Sweating
