My client was violently ill, throwing up, diarrhea and diagnosed with food poisoning as a result of eating at Cheers American Bistro. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital on 2/27/19 with vomiting and diarrhea. she then followed up to the hospital the following day and was told she has Colitis as a result of the food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
