Pizza Sauce Causes Illness - Chef Boyardee, Ohio

Friday night, 04/24, after going to bed. Made Chef Boyardee box pizza. Woke at 1:00 am w/heartburn & major burping. Took antiacid & then vomited sauce, not dough. One hour later, started bowel movements for the next two hours which had turned to water. Also had terrible stomach cramps. Stomach sore all next day and had no appetite. I believe there was something wrong with the sauce...it was contaminated. No...threw box away & emptied garbage...did not keep receipt. Was not expecting to get sick..
