I am reporting a severe case of food poisoning from food at CHIs in Bend, OR. My story is:I took out of town guests there on Thur. 12/11 & we took leftovers home. One guest became violently ill the next night and spent the following day between the bathroom and the bedroom. After seeing them off then next day, I sampled the left over food from the ill guest, not thinking his illness was foodborne.
I spent the next 3 days with severe diarrhea and explosive vomiting. Three days without tolerating food nor water. It was quite exhausting and the EMTs were sympathetic but could due nothing. I cannot remember being this ill.
I have kept the food in my fridge if you wish to sample it. Please inspet this restaurant soon to prevent anyone else from contracting this condition.
