Chickfil a drive through. Picked up a Togo order of nuggets and s sandwich. Woke up at 2:00 am with vomiting, and later around 8:00 had fever, chills, and diarrhea. Other person who received an order with me also experienced fever chills and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache, Chills
