Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich for me and the chicken nuggets for my daughter. Mine tasted okay but when I woke up next day was feeling a little sick I then had diarrhea, vomit and an awful headache. My daughter took a little longer she said she did not like it when she was eating but I made a deal I would eat some of the nuggets if she would. Big mistake she too started vomiting soon after. We are still sick and can't hold down water. This visit was around 11:30a on Saturday the 21st in Apple Valley. I know food poisoning well I have had it a few times over the years. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
