Chick-Fil-A
Chick-Fil-A is usually my go to place for a quick lunch. Ate 4-count chick-n-strips on May 8th. Could not sleep well that night and woke up with fever and chills. Originally thought I was coming down with a cold. After about 24 hours vomiting and diarrhea started and I could not keep down any solid food. Symptoms improved on third day. Admittedly, I am unable to produce any evidence that CFA was the cause. However, even before I suspected CFA during recovery, the thought of chick-n-strips made me nauseous. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
