Severe Reaction: Vomiting Blood - Chick-Fil-A,

Went to get a meal for myself. Felt fine all night then woke up at 6 am vomiting with chills. Was dry heaving and tore something so was throwing up blood | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
