I purchased two meals today 1/5/16 at 9:49:35 am this morning for both my children. My son started eating his food first, after about 5 minutes he started to look sick, I was driving and had to pull over he threw up all over my backseat he is 5 years old. My 15-year-old daughter who had started eating her food said to me mom I think there something wrong with the food I feel nauseous I asked her if she was going to throw up and she said she just felt nauseous she suddenly opened up her door and started throwing up While at a red light she threw up three times. This was the only meal my kids had this morning and there was nothing else to compare the illness to as this was the only meal and drink to the start of this day.This has caused us a great deal of distress and i am very unhappy. | Symptoms: Vomiting
