I ate Chick-fil-A on Saturday May 19, 2018. I bought the Cobb salad, lemonade and a chocolate chip cookie. I started feeling nauseous about 2 days later, around the 4th day diarrhea started along with chills, lightheaded, severe stomach cramps, weakness. I went to the location on North Druid Hills in Decatur, Ga | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Chills, Lightheaded, Weakness
