Chick fil a
Today at chick fil a they were giving out free chicken salads, what I didn't know was that they were spicy. I decided to eat half of it after a few hours I started to feel sick and dizzy. I ended up throwing up I felt a bit relieved but after 30 mins I felt it coming back up again but this time I threw up blood. I am not sensitive to any type of spicy foods and I'm reporting this to prevent this from happening to others. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Dizziness
