Ate a chicken sandwich and about 20 mins later I had a stomach ache, thought to myself that was fast then it became abdominal pain got home I had the worst case of diahrea in my life literally it was like vomiting come out the other way I was in pain then I began to get a fever and a headache today was the day after and I have not eaten anything still in bad condition | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache
