Additional information: On Saturday 3 25 2023 ordered a combo chicken sandwich through drive throw. Eat on way home and was deathly I’ll on Sunday morning. Had a chicken sandwich and have been sick non stop for two days | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
