Me and my wife got stomach pain, bloating, nausea, Vomiting and low grade fever. Just 6 hours following meal Chick-Fil-A. we eat Chick-Fil-A a lot. but for the first time we ordered the Southwest salad and the Brownie, I suspect either one of these 2, most likely the Brownie, it was not fresh, but salad is possible as well.my wife is pregnant, I hope it is nothing serious. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Bloating
