Happened on 10/10/14 from spicy chicken sandwich. Have heard of two other local cases of Chickfila food poisoning. Maybe a bad batch of chicken?? It was awful and I still haven't been able to eat chicken since then. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

- comments: rear prep area tableside can opener and bracket not clean. Must clean and maintain equipment.

- comments: observed no hot water throughout at multiple sinks including handwashing sinks, washbowl sinks and 3 compartment sink. Observed hot water to be 60. 3f - 61. 6f throughout facility. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Must restore hot running water to all sinks.

- comments: waste receptacles in unisex toilet rooms missing lids/covers. Must provide.

Has your daughter ever been tested for lactose intolerance? I have family members that consumin dairy. Example they can get the same thing from Dunkin’ Donuts and from Starbucks. Starbucks tears them up. They must have richer cream.
