Severe Symptoms After Meal - Chick-Fil-A, Parole Maryland

Purchased an 8-count meal today. About an hour after eating, I experienced severe stomach pains along with diarrhea. Shortly after that, the vomiting, sweat and chills came.

This is the 2nd time this has happened. It's been a long while since I have had it but now I see why I hadn't been back. I used to eat their food quite often but now, I'm permanently done with them. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating, Stomach Pain
