Had a #1 combo minus the pickles so I suspect the chicken was the culprit. Intestinal discomfort ensued about 30 minutes later. Diarhhea about 10 minutes after. Afterward I felt nausea followed shortly after by dry heaving. Have eaten at this restaurant many many times with no issues. Seems to be a fluke. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
