Bay County, FL suspected food poisoning. Severe vomiting and Diarrhea are symptoms. Only member of the household to eat here yesterday became extremely sick after consuming a 12 count (fried) nuggets from here. So far this is the only member of the household to become sick. Still unsure if it is the cause, and we’re reporting our suspicions just in case. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
