Me and my mother ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals. One spicy and one Regular around 1PM. Within the first 2 hours of consuming both meals, we immediately started feeling hot flashes. Within the 3rd hour we both threw up and had diarrhea from 3pm and have not stopped at all. This is the first time experiencing food poisoning at this Chick-Fil-A. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
