I had a Chick Fil A cobb salad with their spicy filet earlier today and was perfectly fine until I ate it. My stomach started cramping very badly it almost felt stuck. I’m so nauseous and I’m holding back the vomit because I have a fear of puking. To add to this i’ve been having diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
