Friday 12/16/2022 Chicken sandwich (regular). Ate around 2p, by 7p was violently vomiting with diarrhea at the same time for 6 hours non stop. Fever, chills, abdominal pain, bloating. Worst of it lasted until 1a, still unsettled thru the day Saturday and Sunday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Bloating, Chills, Stomach Pain
