Thursday 8/19/2021, chicken sandwich from there, after one hour of eating symptoms began. My girlfriend began vomiting and having diarrhea which lasted for 4 days. Also had to go to the Emergency Room for dehydration. My girlfriend didn't eat anything else that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
