Ordered the Cobb salad with the lime dressing ... ate at around 12:10pm MST ... was very sick by 2:30ish ... threw up salad twice at the office ... drove home and then threw up around 15 times and non-stop diarrhea for around 35 minutes ... eventually my hands and arms were paralyzed and my friend call for an ambulance ... was in the hospital with uncontrolled diarrhea for another 5 hours. Received many things while at the hospital ... ultimately received 2 bags of IV ... was released home and still struggling a bit, but they said it would take 2 to 3 days for my system to flush this all out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
