I ordered two 12 piece chicken nuggets, after eating half of the portion I suffered extreme stomach pain. I stopped eating and soon began vomiting and suffering fever and headaches. The next day I awoke to severe vomiting and diarrhea. Since chic fil a was the only food I ate that day it’s pretty clear where I got this poisoning from | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
