Chick-fil-A, East Southern Avenue, Mesa, AZ, United States

6535 East Southern Avenue, Mesa, 85206 Arizona, United States

On Friday, Jan 6, 2017. I ate the spicy chicken deluxe. I noticed the chicken was very wet lookin and the skin was barely on, very different than usual but I ate it anyway, I was hungry. I ate at around 2. By 6pm I was feeling very ill, I began throwing up shortly after and was throwing up ALL night until the morning. My kids had the chicken nuggets and just now have been throwing up all night on Sun Jan 8, 2017. It was definitely chick-fil-A! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
