Wife and i decided to get a #1 and #4 for dinner tonight and both ended up violently ill. She has strong stomach cramps and has to stay in bed, i have horrible diarrhea and was wokem up at 1am from a dead sleep to go use the bathroom for 30 mins. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
