chicken sandwich, Quarter to 8pm on Nov the 4th my husband ordered a #2 chicken sandwich. 3-4 hours later he had really bad stomach pain and had diarrhea and vomiting non stop. It was so scary. Few hours later more vomiting and diarrhea. had to stay home from work and has so much soreness from throwing up so much | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Soreness
