Ate grilled chicken nugget meal at Chic Fil A in Cool Springs Galleria Mall on Saturday, March 23, 2024. Massive diarrhea 45 minutes later. Ongoing bouts of diarrhea and nausea with fatigue and severe abdominal pain through the week. Still having abdominal pain and fatigue. Went to doc and got 3-day course of Azithromycin. Symptoms lessened, but still in pain. Have lost time at work etc from all of this.
My friend ate at same restaurant, but got a regular sandwich instead of grilled, (breaded chicken) - she had no problem or symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
