My son and I had food from Chick-fil-A on Friday, November. 14. He had a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I had a chicken nugget meal. We both began experimenting nausea and diarrhea, and in addition, vomiting for him, not long after. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
