Went on a very busy day and ordered an unpopular item (Grilled Nuggets) . When I ate the nuggets they were unusually hard, greasy, and cold. 9 hours later I was uncontrollably vomiting for roughly 48 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
