grilled chicken sandwich  Today I doordashed and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I began to eat it and thought it tasted weird but continued to eat it. Less than 15 minutes later I started to feel my stomach rumbling and like i needed to use the bathroom and kinda feverish. I went and when I sat down I knew I had explosive diarrhea and it was from that chicken sandwich. I’ve never been food poisoned before but I think this was the first. It happened today | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
