I think it was it Had 2 sandwiches at around 7pm. Started feeling severely ill between 4 and 5am. I am 27 weeks pregnant . Vomiting and liquid diarrhea with severe stomach pains. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
