About 4-5 hours after eating at #1 sandwich, I experienced severe nausea, which led to projectile vomiting, and later, several hours' worth of diarrhea. 48 hours later, the diarrhea and upset stomach are still continuing but have become more manageable. Appetite has not yet returned to normal, but significantly improved from a day ago. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
