Me and my wife purchased 2 chicken sandwiches and chicken strips. 5 hours after me consuming the sandwiches I began to feel nauseous and knots in my stomach. Multiple trips to the bathroom with diarrhea. Temp started to rise there for I took OTC medicine to bring it down. The 8 hour mark I had to go to the emergency room. They ar re treating me for food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had the exact same symptoms and I honestly didn't think it was them but they were only thing I had eaten all day. And I do had a deluxe chicken sandwich, spicy with fries and lemonade.
