Chicken Club Causes Illness - Chick-Fil-A,

I had the chicken club on Thursday evening. I am the only one with flu like symptoms with chills and stomach cramping. Loss of appetite now too. Pain in abdominal area above and below the belly button. My wife and son had different items for the meal and have no symptoms.
