My sons, 14 And 4 ate chick-fil-a, spicy chicken sandwich meal and chicken nugget meal on Thursday, March 9, 2017 around 4:30 pm. We visited the chick-fil-a location on Montclair Rd, in Irondale, AL. The next day, both children came home sick from school complaining of stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
